"I know we're on a boat sometime" Naveen is surely referring to the flashback-ish scene where they're still on Penny's boat planning how they'll talk to the public about the events of their incident.

Thank you for uploading this. It is the first time I saw an interview with Juliet. On the show, she rarely shows facial emotion. But the actress does. Why do you think Juliet is so plastic-faced in the show?

Well, you're welcome.
Regarding your question: She does show emotion, but not too often (the most obvious examples of this can be found in season 3 (of course also in season 4 and 5).

Take for example episode 5x03: she tried to save this guy who got shot by a flaming arrow, Sawyer urged her to run and leave him for dead.. You could see this pain on her face. I believe she is a most caring character with her heart in the right place. Granted, sometimes it's hard to read her emotions.. =)
