Do traffic exchanges work? I challenge .. Me

I'm doing an investigative challenge, against myself.

I have two e-books, the first is 13 deadly traffic exchange tragedies ( http://13deadly.com/vers2 ) which talks about how to effectively use traffic exchanges and

The second which is 13 deadly listbuilding tragedies ( http://listbuildingtragedies.com ) which talks about how to convert traffic into buyers through list building.

They both need some updating but before that they need to be tested to see if the info is good.

I also want to test my traffic exchange Max Traffic Pro (http://maxtrafficpro.com ) and see if its any good.

So here goes, I'm doing the test, and documenting it for all to see, if it turns out the methods don't work or that MaxTrafficPro isn't as effective as I thought, I have a lot of work ahead to improve them.

If it is effective well then I will feel better ( as well as a bit relieved ) knowing that I haven't steered anyone in the wrong direction and you can see how it works.
