  • Excellent video... I much prefer this video and the interviewee than the previous one. I see how he got the job.

    Great information given, stef.

  • search for jobs careertaker.info copy this short url

  • Thank you for sharing this.

  • Congrats for getting the job :)

  • @twistedbydsign99 some people like listening more than talking?

  • @twistedbydsign99 I don't think that that is why he is pausing. A lot of "ducking" is being used on the audio signal. Meaning: if somebody isn't talking loud and clear, the compression ducks down the signal, so there is no hiss of silence.

He might just be pausing to choose his words.

  • :57 he pauses to let stef interrupt :( Poor guy i wonder what his history is like being vulnerable with people.

  • the pendulum will shift and once again (obnoxious evil laugh), the employee will have the ball in their court.

stef, i just took a $10/hr job and yes you are correct regarding the perceived term of employment from an employers perspective of those educated, skilled, etc. but i'm sure we'll see those downgrading to entry level jobs either stick with and grow or become frustrated due to a sandwiching effect from the skilled and unskilled. just voicing an opinion from observation

  • when we hear the word slave we think of of Africans in chains and rich-ass plantation owners......this is how we have been conditioned through indoctrination ~ the truth is being a slave is having your freedom inhibited and being forced to work ~ are you a slave ?

  • I hate interviews, not because they make me nervous, but because most interviewers don't have a clue as to who and what they are hiring for anymore (ie: human ressources dept's). Most managers don't hire and interview anymore, they outsource that stuff to HR.
