We manufacture a customized range of industrial ladders as well as, above and below ground access engineering and shaft equipment and products. The products are developed according to specific requirements of industrial and service sector customers. The product range includes ladders for variable applications including wind towers, cranes, shafts and pipes, as well as fall protection systems pre-installed or retrofitted, and shaft covers and ladder systems, as well as customized products, including power-driven service lifts and climbing assists for wind turbine systems. The cable-guided and ladder-guided service lifts are a flexible and economical solution for transport of both service personnel and tools and equipment. Durable aluminum design is licensed for 2 persons; the max. payload is 550lbs. The cabin features a shutter door on the front for easy access. Automatic setting for transporting material only or empty lift. Drive is provided by an electric cable hoist that runs on a bearing rope. A parallel safety cable runs through an integrated arrester. The service lift is guided by 2 steel cable with separate cable guides on each platform. The bearing and safety cable and both guide cable are securely anchored and protected against corrosion. The cable-guided service lift is designed specifically for use on the towers of wind energy installations and can be easily and flexibly installed in a tower (even with retrofits). The service lift can optionally be fitted with additional customized equipment, e.g. cabin lighting, socket outlet, emergency descent switch.
