  • Yes. Once you can do 30 reps with no muscle "burn", you can add cuff weights.

  • Thank you for a great video. Question: the exercise (ulmnar quad? couldn't hear) where she's sitting on the table, lower legs hanging off, and raises her foot straightening her legs -- once that becomes easy, is it safe to add light ankle weights, 2 or 5 lbs? Again always making sure there's no knee pain during. Thanks!
