@TheBackInBlack9 thanks - good to hear. Its already great that you're doing xc because that will help your fitness for track even in the shorter distances. My main advice would be to keep running over the winter, make sure your easy days between the faster track workouts stay easy. 50-60 miles a week is solid volume for a hs runner so you just want to make sure you don't get injured and don't train too hard. Your coach will probably have you do some track speed work to get ready for going fast

Proud to say that is my high school and the track I run on...Sage keep making videos, they are awesome and funny!
You guys are awesome and keep working hard, idk if you remember me but I emailed you over the summer regarding cross country and running. I am in awesome shape now and am aiming for all state in the mile,
p.s. let me know when you need a pacer for 1 mile as i think i could keep up haha
