This video is for a game that's been in development for four years, and has seen our hero go from a gruff Tom Cruise to a badass Jack Bauer: Splinter Cell.
For years, the Splinter Cell series has been one of many trademarks to Ubisoft. Combining stealth action and somewhat non-convoluted storytelling (I love you MGS, but you're worse than LOST), the series has shown the exploits of Sam Fisher from his beginnings as a humble spy working for the illusive Third Echeleon to his current status as 'rogue agent'. The newest entry, Conviction, plays similar to the film 'Taken', with Fisher assuming the role of Liam Neeson in leaving a bloody trail in his wake all in the name of finding out what happened to his daughter. The difference? Neeson's daughter was merely kidnapped. Sam's was murdered. Yeah.
Splinter Cell Conviction is slated for release on April 13th exclusively to Xbox 360 and PC.
