this horses real name is buster when he was in kent england .fred walker bred him he is out of the old lob .i had him for a few years he is a very good moving horse for a heavey horse ,mares that suit him best should be small as possible he doesnt suit big mares i bread some good foals from him with smaller mares .

common sizes for traditional Vanner/Cobs are 12-15 hands roughly. Very heavy though, the likes of mini drafts :-) Many call their larger vanners "Drum" horses, but a true drum is a mixture of Shire or Clydesdale with no less than 1/8 Vanner and no more than 7/8 Draft.
