I don't think you should think advanced relates to big or small as they are for different types of work out. The very small can work your dexterity as the really large can improve your range of motion. Hi, these two balls are surpose(?)play in one hand without touch each other. Many people think that the fast the best are not right. Start slow. Remember don't knock to each other.
