@XDm45carrier Assalamu Aleykum.Since you are not from Muslim country there are prerequisites for u to follow while reading Koran such as History of Islam.Every muslim knows what those passages mean and why they were revealed because we learn History of Islam while in highschool.It is good that you read Koran.That means you are half way through.Read the book about the life of Muhammad which covers Islamic history and you will understand why those passages were revealed and where they belong

[2.191] and this is my favorite "kill them wherever you find them..." such is a passage of "PEACE" and especially "tolerance" i don't watch TV i actually read the Koran ... all those passages are in there..
