Video of a workout I'll be doing for the next 6 weeks. The Ring Pushups I got from Steve Maxwells Upper Body Workout DVD Rollouts with a pair of Akro-Wheels while wearing a weighted vest, trying t get to where I can do these from my feet rather than my knees. Mace Swings with a Stronger Grip Monster Mace loaded to around 24 pounds. I do 5 rounds of the above and then follow it up with one of Scott Sonnons Tac-Fit circuits. The video only shows one round of each exercise. I follow the Tabata protocol while doing this circuit. each exercise is for 8 rounds and then there is a one minute break before moving on to the next exercise

Are those silver clubs some sort of clubbell alternative?

Not really an alternative. You can do a lot of Clubbell exercises with them but they do have a different feel because the handle is much thicker and the weight is distributed differently.
