A video response to the questions: How do you flex your triceps?
A great thing to do before flexing any muscle is to go through an exercise that works the muscle you are about to flex. Before I engaged in my full body flex, I did 15 push ups while focusing on the muscle contractions of my back, chest and triceps. I kept my form tight by holding in my abs and squeezing the muscles at the same time, squeezing my glutes. The push ups use the above mentioned muscles which causes an increase in blood flow to the areas. Exercises like these, and flexing alone, makes enhances muscle definition and visibility.
Backstage at figure and bodybuilding competitions, there is a pump room. In the pump room are different weights that an athlete will use in order to "pump" their muscles up before going on stage. This helps with vascularity and increasing muscle definition.

  • u look awesome. can u give me some advice on losing fat fast? my body is building much muscle mass even without me doing weightlifting, but i cant seem to get rid of this freakin fat :(((. i m strong, can lift a man of 100 kg, and move 200 kg with my legs though i didnt do anything to be like this lol. but i m still "pear-shaped" and i would KILL to remove this body fat, specially in this area coz it hurts my hips when i m trying to sprint :((. how to lose fat the best way??

  • @schnecki07 best way to get rid of fat fast: sprints/interval work outs. What this means: next time you're on the treadmill or elliptical, increase the intensity to the point where you're exerting about 80% of your energy into your cardio. Do this for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds, then sprint again. Start by incorporating one sprint/interval session into your cardio routine as this is very difficult. After several weeks, you can build up to doing intervals for your entire cardio workout.

  • @butterflyaash That depends on how serious the result you are seeking. Eating lean protein throughout the day is like giving fertilizer to plants; it's muscle food!

  • i dont care about muscles im bigger stronger and meaner than mos.t i care about over all health many of you are doing steroids to look good. and some sissies take them to get agressive thats sad when you cant get angry on your own. then you die young over agressive disabled cause you cant work. work on your insides thanks

  • @TheWezid There are a lot of competitors who do not use steroids and there are competitions specifically geared toward these individuals. They are are called natural. Eating enough protein will grow you muscles, either big or small. The more protein you eat, the bigger your muscles will be.
