This is so wrong!Forcing your arm towards the back scratch position leads to a powerless serve. You have to let your racket flow and let it drop naturally behind your back. The back scratch position is a natural consequence of your right elbow accelerating up towards the point of contact. You should never want to force your racket in the mythical and largely misunderstood back scratch position. In fact, if you watch pros closely you'll see that there's no such thing as a back scratch position!
