  • I'm interested in CPA Networks for online profits "whatahey!". I understand what he's saying, but like was mentioned .... He could be opening his self up for liable.

It's pure capitalistic marketing at it's best, you should always read the fine print. It's a matter of ethics .... this should be his bitch, don't be lazy, read the "Terms & Conditions".

  • Bottom Line, if they offer something for free and still ask for your credit card #, you're gonna end up paying something. So before you give your C.C. #, know what exactly you are getting charged and check your statement online EVERYDAY!!

  • @themax37 Everybody has an opinion about something..Sure, freedom of speech under the constitution allows you to say what you want. However, it doesn't protect you from libel should someone decides to sue you for damaging their reputation with falsehoods.. So unless you have real rock-solid, documented proof of FRAUD, I wouldn't recommend you state it publicly. FREEDOM is a double edged sword... You're FREE to succeed, as much as you're FREE to fuck up. Freedom of choice is a beautiful thing

  • @phoenix11994466 Yeah, but you could also state that it is just your opinion and who really cares. I should be able to see what I want. It's freedom of speech after all. I don't know why so many people are anal about these things. It would also be pathetic of the company to sue me, because it would make them look even worse for attacking a person who is simply stating their opinion.

  • @themax37 That just proves everything say on the internet, stays on the internet... Did You Know? ..even if you took down this video, or any other content for that matter... it'll still be found by sites like the WayBackMachine and GoogleCacheArchives ... Google deletes nothing from it's archives, because that's an integral part of their Search Algorithm. See I can say "MacDonalds Suck" because that's my opinion.. But I risk being sued if I say "MacDonalds are Fraudulent" Especially on video

  • @phoenix11994466 This video is 3 years old dude... and since when can't a guy state his opinion.

  • DUDE YOU'RE IN THE SHIT.. Apart from being wrong, you've just opened yourself up to liable, by stating the CPA Networks you mentioned by name, are FRAUDULENT..I strongly recommend you re-do the video to protect yourself from being sued by the Networks you named (Idiot)..To cover your ass and protect your own assets, I Highly Suggest you change your statement 'Fraudulent' and 'Fraud' for the word 'Misleading'. By the way 'Disclaimers' (fine print) are there to protect the consumer, not for fraud

  • Very nice video, some people are so unethical.
