Bought a phone from BigBoxStore, now renamed BigBoxSave for $129. After 2 weeks, the display simply shattered. At first store said they would send me a new display for me to repair. Then they asked me to send in the phone. I did. After more than 2 months of waiting, they say I must pay and additional $40 for repair in addition to shipping cost! All together the cost of the phone that was still under warranty has almost doubled in cost! I gave up and will NEVER buy from them EVER AGAIN.
