With the last bit of battery left, I decide to do this. The event was really crowded, so I couldn't get a clear shot of most cosplayers using my camcorder.

He was pretty clear about the 3 cosplay areas,the roof area, the back lot and the front garden. They're suppose to be on the look out for anyone recording, especially peeps using cellphone cameras and digital cameras. I didn't really care for taking videos inside the building.

Eh? I asked one of there international staff if it was ok and he said no recording on the entire grounds. You need to register and get one of those red armbands. Because last year I got caught and they told me to turn it off so I was curious.
