Actually most English are germanic tribes. The welsh are the only indigenous people England.
I live in Lower Saxony in northern Germany, and we even have an old dialect which is pretty close to english language. My ancestors went out to England among the Frisians, Vikings and others to become the anglo saxons. The english language is mainly based on ancient middle high german and other influences.
We're one big family, weather you English like it or not ;-)

Any 'native British' reading ever tried tracing their family origins? If you aren't of royal/noble lineage, the historical line runs out pretty quickly. It's very difficult to trace back more than 500 years if you are a 'commoner'. One thing that Mr Griffin has in support of his arguments about the 'British People' is that until relatively recently, people didn't travel very much. But all this speculation of tribes, peoples etc is just irrelevant. We're here; no more immigrants. 'Full House'!

the idea that you could distinguish between jutes, angles, normans and vikings via dna, doesn't make sense. they all come from scandinavia.

Anti-White racism is more prevalent today then ever.
Isn't Kentucky named after Kent in Britain?

@narlycat - I'd have thought Red Indian. However Kentucky is abbreviated to Kent. Why not visit Britain and look at Kent - the 'graden of England'?

@rerevisionist oops, just checked, and it is an Indian word...red indian, not Indian Indian....but even still.....why can't we all just get along, like Mr. King (Rodney) said..?

@PerryBoysAbroad - most people have got along with most people, and still do. But it's unrealistic to expect people to tolerate an invasion. I don't think the BNP have any objection to Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Indians, West Indians, north Africans and all the rest getting along in their hiome countries - and maybe even imporivng them.

isn't Manhattan a Dutch word?

@PerryBoysAbroad - I wouldn't be surprised - Harlem is, and New York was called New Amsterdam at one point
