Cold War era, American educational film about the affects of radioactive fallout, and what can be done in the case of an attack. Intended to give a sense of security, albiet naive, while downplaying the real danger of radiation. According to this film, radioactive particles break down fast... if that's so, why is Chernoble still emitting radiation strong enough to disallow inhabitants?
