Ewo..big Heap 'ere, once again... with fresh daisy ramble-ons.

All is well...I'm feeling energized! Not for long though coz I'm going for my 10km run this Sunday. 47 minutes is the goal. That is apparently not a light jogging pace so who knows... I'm just gonna go as fast for as I can as long as I can...and hope that gets me somewhere close to the finish before my body realized it's completely shattered! Fancy donating? Had a great short trip across the pond to the land of LA and to the Big juicy Apple on the East coast where i caught up with some good friends and also managed to have some great meetings. Love it when they come together like that.

I mentioned Ryan Breen (aka Back Ted n-ted : www.myspace.com/backtednted). He's got an EP coming out on Tues. Top chap, top choooons!

Little snippet of as yet untitled song for animated movie called "little spirit"... and also the cat is out of the bag. Twas Mika and I.

and... "Bring it home" - the song I've done with Nitin Sawhney will be on his album "London Undersound" which comes out Monday 13th Oct...08. Another little something to tide you over until the new album! xxx
