  • Soles melting and boots de-laminating is a huge problem for many work boots worn on asphalt paving jobs. In our experience selling COFRA boots, we have not seen or heard of a single case where the boot falling apart. That doesn't mean it couldn't happen, but we haven't seen a case of this yet with COFRA. I have had the opportunity to inspect boots that have been worn over a year in the field, and am very pleased at how the boots held up.

  • I am going to try these Cofra boots, I will be starting work in April. If they suck, you will hear from me :) I have been doing asphalt 20 years and have used many different boots, most of which did not hold up all that great.

  • Did you solve the problem of the adhesive on the sole melting and the boot falling apart? That's the biggest problem.
