Hi I was told by my healer that my navel and sex chakra ae blocked which is causing a temporary infertility. Is there any advice you could give, so that I could unblock the chakras. Physically I am fine so is my husband.

Namste-This chakra is also known as swadisthan chakra and is the seat of creativity ,knowledge and wisdom.In tantra it is invoked dually but in mantra sadhana it can be invoked singularly and does not require duality.The yogi and the yogini concentrate on dhyana and mantra sadhana for activation this chakra.
