Original by Jeff Isom, Another old song of mine, that returned to me today as well, from some unused dusty place in my mind.. It's funny how you change things as time goes by. still the same song, just a bit different feeling towards it.. Kinnda Dark, and miserable.

  • Bloody great song man....we must both be retrogressing cos I have just done hoochie coochie man (a song I haven,t played in years) ....Kev

  • @electricragtime Right on,, Is it up yet, I don't see it? Man you talk about pulling this out of some ancient data base..

  • Aren't you on a roll, aren't we spoiled! Thnx for the heads up on Jolene. Will check it out. This song is emotionally raw and aching with longing. Dark and misarable are also real. Life isn't always "pretty" but it is these times that stretch us?? This song speaks to me of this kind of pain, and your sincere offering, both vocally and musically are quite beautiful. Bravo, you are a very talented artist Jeff. min:-)

  • @practicing4 Thanks Min, I think that you are an artist with your comments, They are just as deep, if not deeper, than what we are trying to do here.. .. Always a pleasure.. Jeff

  • Great performance. Thank you, Jeff.

  • @eatonjohnrobert Thanks John, Back in the depressing times underway, in the middle of the Arabian Gulf, Floating in a box, This and many came to mind. I was just learning guitar, No music store for 1000 mile or better, I was smoking through strings so fast, I was tying old ends on them with a knot, to reuse them. It was all I could do..

  • @quermann1 Olaff, She's breaking in nice.. Like you said real natural. Fills the room well. I don't even need a amp in most places it's loud enough. Cool man, Later Jeff..

  • @buniluvr Right.. He's done alot of drugs before in his past, but not that much!! Thanks Julie..
