I coached Buster as a 9 and 10 year old in baseball. He NEVER swung and missed. I'm sure he was a better baseball player than hockey player. We went undefeated (as per usual).

I grew up with Tim Stapleton (or Buster, as we all call him back home- his brother Chris on here has always been called Buddy), and he's one of the nicest guys I know. He's still the same, down-to-earth guy that he's always been. Never acts like he's better than anybody else. Anybody who's trying to slander him is full of shit. I grew with him, and he and his family are all great people. I know the kind of person he is, and anybody talking shit about him can kiss my ass as far as I'm concerned.

Saw Stapleton getting in his car drinking a beer after the game and he wouldn't even stop to sign my son's puck!!! What a horrible role model for young little guys wanting to be hockey players. Shame on you Tim and shame on the Wolves for allowing this behavior.

I'm very appreciative of Tim Stapleton.
Besides Jason Krog he is one of my favorite players on the team. I hope he stays with the Wolves for a while.
