I was EXTREMELY impressed with this computers ability to handle games. After spending many an hour on iBuyPower trying to find the right balance between power and affordability, I threw caution to the wind and took a gamble on this big guy. You can see the results.

I originally had text for each game giving detailed performance stats, but PowerDirector managed to screw them up after a period of prolonged procrastination. I will have them in part 2.

I do, a 9800gt 512mb now. Sad thing is, my power supply is insufficient so I can't actually install it yet. It's been collecting dust - for 4 months now.

i want buy a new graphics card in a good budget like nvidia 9400 gt

can i play games like crysis,assassins creed,etc games with the following specs?

Assassins Creed (tested) = not very well

Crysis (tested on the video) = not very well

But things like Bioshock 1 and 2, even games like Modern Warfare 2 (runs maxed out fine), run great on my system. I have 3GB of RAM, whilst you have just 2. I'm not sure if that will affect performance any, but more ram can't hurt.

Basically, you're pretty well off with that setup.

@13marquartc - Check New Egg , a 500 W PSU with 30 amp should only be around 50$ or Sell it and get a gt 240 or ATI 5670 , those will Work on a Cheapo PSU and are Close in Performance...
