We all know Black Is Black but have you heard this, their follow up? A brilliant tune and exciting recording. To me it sounds like a Northern Soul record, if it isn't already.

Yes it does get played at northern soul nights ive heard it a lot of records that came out at that time mid 60s had that beat that became northern soul when the movement took off in the 70s .. i would say that Bowies The Laughing Gnome(1967) would count if you listen to its beat...and Cat stevens im gonna get me a gun(1966) and Dustys Little by little(1966)
