  • Great videos! Only thing im stuck on is how to make the front rocker. I went to home depot but They didn't have any good foam.

  • @climber1278 - You are looking for , at a minimum, 2 lb White Styrene. 3lb is out there but more expensive. I use 2 lb white styrene. This is the white beaded foam. Not sure where to buy it at retail stores. Try google. I sell two types of plain blanks. Plain flat blank with no rocker 55" long, 21" wide by .75" thick. You cut and shape yourself and bend your self.- sell for $35.oo + 18dollars shipping. I also sell precut blanks with the rocker in place. all you do is shape the rails.

  • @climber1278 - I sell the precut blanks for $65.oo + shipping. These are cut and bent. all you do is final sanding on rounding the rails and on the flat sections. There is an approx 2" rocker in the front and an approx 1" rocker in the reay.

  • how long should a board be if im 120 lb

  • @bennydrum100 - approx - 19.75" x 51.50" for a size of 105 - 160 lbs

  • so sorry what sort of foam is that?

  • hey bro what did you do to make the rocker? not how much the angels are. How did you get the rocker to stay in place with out they fiberglass on?

  • @Collings21 - I think my boards are about 5/8" thick without the glass on them. I do minimal sanding to reduce the thickness, most sanding is completed on the rails and the top and bottom just to smooth out.
