@Irfan87 Thats true, it could be different reactions from different people. once i got stung 17 times by a nest of yellow jackets, and another time i got hit 13 times by a nest of bald faced, (im always in the woods). I remember the bald faced being horrible. then about a year ago i got stung just once on the neck by a bald faced, it really felt like a marble in a paint gun, lol. i had the worst headache too....it swoll up like crazy too.

ill never forget that one day my friend jacob and me went to brazil we were walking to get water at the amazon river to purify, boil and drink it well he got tired and layed on the ground and got bit by a bullet ant and for the first time i actually and finally saw him cry then we went to the hospital and the doctors gave him PAINKILLER DRUGS! he told me that he rather have his dick choped off then go through that pain again. i kinda felt worried for him through that whole experience!

@Gypscrew Caterpillars are also insects & I see no mention here of several TERRIBLE stinging types! Cow killer ant? Insects outside USA are included due to bullet ant; yet, why ignore Australian bulldog ant and Jap hornet? Cicada killers are a dark horse known to lack aggression I suspect nearly all stings were taken just after its venom was discharged into prey---giving misleading impression of its capabilities. Common red wasp hurts MUCH more than harvester ant (I had both).

Tis is the time i got stung....One day i was att the pool THE WHEN I WAS rideING A SLIDE A F@CKING yellow jacket or wasp sung my cheek man iw was swollen as hell then when i was at a bday party i got stung again on my finger then i coudnt move it

this scale is definitely wrong. Yellow jackets are really fucking painful if you get stung, I would rate them in the upper 3's compared to a wasp or hornet. I've gotten stung by a wasp, hornet, honey bee and the honey just feels like a quick cigarette burn, that's all, it's tolerable. The yellow jackets sting increases in pain within 5 seconds of being stung and it freakin hurts. Bullet ants aren't bad and I've been stung by a tarantula hawk and I have to agree that it's the worst sting.

i was thinking of how of would be like if one of the tarantula hawk was in my room and stung me. i felt like something hit my legs and immeadiatly screamed holy f***ing jesus F ing Chrirst! and hit agaisnt a wall. my mom was outside and heard my cussing. thanks a lot eddayson...
