The downlighters have push-fit terminals built into them, Thanks for the advice UHM

As far as I am aware the wago lighting connectors accept a maximum of two circuit wires. The wago 222 lever connectors can take upto 5 wires.

can you use a wago connector for three cable loops?

I left a question on one of your other tutorials, If I was fitting downlighters will these lighting connectors have to be fitted in a Wagobox?

It depends what connector is on the end of the downlighter.
You can't just use the wago connectors at the downlighters without enclosing them in a wago box or similar as they have to be enclosed

how are these different or better than the lever Wago connectors you show in your other video?

They are better when fitting a light because it has holes at the back for accepting solid wire/s. So you can just push the lighting wires into the wago and it grabs them. Then when you squeeze the wago together it opens up and so you can push the flexible wire in for the light and when you release the wago grabs that wire. These are just easier to use when fitting the lighting conductors. The lever wago connectors are also good for this and mean that you don't need a screwdriver
