Ok, so I usually don't like posting these types of "Tests" because I think they're boring because...well, they're just Tests and I haven't perfected anything yet.

But I was so pleased with the results of my new Jib, I thought I'd share my footage with everyone.

Also tested my IndiFocus Mini as well.

Enjoy!

Filmed with:
Canon T2i (1920x1080 24P)
Sigma 18-200mm 3.5-6.3
IndiFocus Mini
Glideshot 6' Jib

Music:
Ngawang Samphel - The Lighthouse Girl

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I use a Fancier Heavy Duty Tripod, you can find it on Amazon. It's a great tripod for the jib and supports a lot of weight. The only other thing I'd recommend is the small washers to get your counter-balance just right. Hope this helps!

Are you panning on the car shot as well as using the crane?

Hi, sorry about the super late reply. Yes, this video I was panning with a tripod head as well as the jib.

does the indifocus just attach directly to a tripod? I'm confused as to how it operates.

The indiFocus requires a pair of 15mm rods.

Well, for some of these cranes/jibs you can't really unless you got a nice focus system going on.. Other than that, most filmers can help this situation by focusing the most convenient point and have an aperture of F/11 or higher, it makes it seem everything is much focused.

Very good. I also have a jib crane. I have a Pro Am model, and I find that they work very well.
