It sad..some people dont understand that WLS..is not the easy way out. Its much harder and dangerous....they just dont get it....They can have their opinion and beliefs. However, The question is. Is it correct. :)

don't worry about exercise in about, oh maybe 1 to 2 years you will be running your butt off after a toddler..just got back from the beach where I ran all day long(9-5) after my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter you won't believe it but I lost 3 lbs in 4 days..LOL and I thought I was done losing...
I want to post an update but have nothing to say that is new...LOL you inspire me to do one though thanks good to see you ...Rose PS check out mio mao ON YOUTUBE

You're doing awesome, and thanks for the video update. It's such an inspiration for me to watch your and Rebecca's videos since I myself am post op a couple years now and just had a baby girl 5 weeks ago. :) Always nice to watch someone who shares the same experiences. Take care!

Great to see you! You look amazing. You may not understand this, but we enjoy seeing you, your family and keeping up with the everyday stuff. "what do you want to do?" - "I want to watchmegetskinny". Also, keep time for you. As someone who got fat after giving away all of me, I can tell you - it doesn't work. Had VSG on July 8th - down 26 pounds. Feeling great. New beginning. Keep advocating for us!
