  • "don't forget to breathe Joe" Lol!

    No shit!!!!

  • Hah. My brotha was spent after the first set of 'squat thrust' aka burpees. I feel him...I've plenty of high intensity workouts like that. It gets 'easier' after a while...mentally, not physically. It's mind strength...yeah, your body needs to respond...been there done that...50lb vest...at vomit edge.

  • you can adjust the vest at the shoulders so it fits short and tall people. I'm 5'8 and it fits me fine. It does not hang low after I adjusted the shoulders.

  • lol that was epic at the end when he said only 12 LBs 20lbs would have been harder.

  • Wow that guy looked soft as hell no muscle def. At all. I'm gonna order a real weighted vest a 50 pounder and send you the video

  • for all i know, he could have gone to a "mc dojo" for 2 years, and achieved black belt. Like the many 8 year olds i now see in karate.

  • Belts don't mean anything...

lol, 12lbs... Come out to base or to Afghani town and I'll show you a work out.

  • Belts don't mean anything...

  • @LimiTvBreaK

Thanks Limi, I really appreciate you taking time to comment. I'll look for something else.

the xvest looks tigher on the waist than others. I would say xvest might be the best long fit based on appearance. but after trying a random brand long fit in modells I would not bother if I was short. i'm 5'10-5'11 and I just dont see it working well on a short person.

try to find a review of it somewhere from a short person
