  • can u import wav files or some other files to this app so u can mix them or make somthing else ?? and thanks for great vid:)

  • @M2MiniMal I seem to remember you CAN import .WAV files into this app, and export as well, in various formats. It's got most of the features you'd want from such a thing. ;-)

  • Should I get this or the TNR-i? They seem similar-ish, and I've always wanted a tenori-on. :)

  • @Sam111111 they are both good, so that's a matter of opinion ;-) essentially, TNRi is a near perfect clone of the hardware. Aurora has gone in it's own direction - watch more videos and see which is more appealing to you. Or if you really like this type of app? Just get both. ;-) And of course, Beatwave, which is free!

  • @VJFranzK I ended up getting the TNR-i. ... Disappointment, really, it's frustratingly annoying to use, in my opinion.

At least Sunrizer washes away all the pain. Now, if only I had two iPads ...

  • @Sam111111 Give it some time to get used to. It's a different way of thinking about sequencing. Seriously, it has taken me a year to really understand it ( I bought a hardware Tenori-on before this app came out. ) Instead of "asking it to be like something else" enjoy it for what it uniquely IS ( the same could be said for a Kaossilator ) - use the features that it has that most other sequencers cannot match - ( 16 layers, each running in their own seperate time signatures??? etc. ) Patience

  • @VJFranzK I'll try. It's hard to do, though, especially with iSequence just sitting there happily. But the time signature thing is definitely pretty big.

  • @marlenedegrood yes, there are some advantages - the screen arrangement is better and the menus are easier to use, for one. See my other video (and the official one) to contrast. If you are really into Aurora it's worth buying the other one. (Just think how much more a hardware Tenori-on costs ;-) But it is great to have one! )
