  • im glad they killed that peice of shit

  • Nice. The issue is whether or not they got the proper legal counsel. Never mind they perpetrated these murders. The legal system is so broken. When criminals of this magnitude are afforded more consideration than two 16 year old girls whose necks were stepped on after being gang raped and tortured. I don't give a rat's ass about some illegal's 'right to counsel' - here illegally? Raped and murdered? Yeah, let's take extra care to ensure his rights. VILE and disgusting.

  • The U.S. supreme court has historically made decisions which were unconstitutional. Therefore, the ICC lawyer cannot use that court decision to claim States within the U.S.A. must comply. Hence, judicial review or appeal can be made whether such a decision was constitutional.

  • There is nothing in the U.S. constitution that gives rights to any international court over States rights. U.S. citizens however, do have basic rights set forth by bill of rights under the U.S. constitution that does over rule State laws or procedures which are unconstitutional.

  • @ensconcedwithyu fuck you!

  • @TheCoolcuban fuck you white puto

Sorry douchebag, but vague notions of "international law" do not take precedence over the United States Constitution. The Constitutiion is the supreme law of the land in the United States.

  • The Mexican Ambassador and Ban Ki Moon can go fuck themselves. The notion that the "World Court" can dictate whether or not Texas can execute Medellin is a fucking joke.

  • please, please subtitles in spanish :)

  • @TheMaxDominguez you are fuking sick.sob.
