  • We just got our brand new Duet 9750 last week and since day one it has vibrated its self to death. I feel like it should never do that. It washes better than any other washer I have ever had, but take 2X longer to run a cycle due to its vibration issue. Can anyone help me? It's on a pedestal and shipping bolts are out. (in the pedestal)

I am sorry to hear about your new Duet, if you're still needing assistance please email us directly at Whirlpool.Digital@Whirlpool_._com (disregard the underscores) please include your Youtube User name, your full real name, your complete contact information, the physical address where the washer is located, along with the model and serial number of your new Duet. Thanks, Kyle

  • Moron32,

Uninstalling a washer and dryer and completely moving its location is not something we can assist you with. I would recommend contacting a local plummer or contractor in your area for advice on this type of question.

    Sincerely,

    Kyle B.

  • Very good video and I was impressed with the height of the drain pipe was talked about because a lot of people do not realize that it must be a certain height. Thanks and have a good day.

  • @WhirlpoolCorpCare Thanks! I fixed most of the problem. It just needed a better balancing with the pedastal.

  • Excellent video- A+.

  • I just moved my washer/dryer from the kitchen into the garage. I will be draining my washer into the yard. The old washing machine drain emptied into the septic. I have removed the old hot/cold supply lines, what do I need to do with the old drain line? The wall that it is on will be covered soon with sheetrock.
