it closed 1997 and the guy rappeling is anthony coudre and boy is the place fun unnfortnatley there is asbestos and no one there is commiting any crimes that affect others EXCEPT for the pipe stealers who make these buildings very unstable and sell the pipes for ALOT of scrap money.
