Lies have been told to cover the truth. Lies just to free Kelsey's mother Raye Dawn. It is about time the truth came out.
January-Kelsey suffered the broken clavicle and many bruises. Raye stated she never saw them.
April-Kelsey legs are broken by someone in her mother's home. Many have said Kelsey was in Kathie's care but Kathie had switched days with Raye so Kelsey could spend more time with her daddy before he left for Iraq.
Kelsey's legs were not sprains someone broke her legs.
June-Kelsey is returned to her mother. Things get worse.
August-Kelsey's stepmother gets one last visit with Kelsey. She couldn't get anymore because Kelsey was having seizures and the doctor said for her to be in one home.
Bruises follow months later till October 11th, 2005 Kelsey is kicked in her abdomen.

To many lies have been used to protect Raye when she didn't even protect Kelsey.
