Water Motor with working governor for turbine (regulated water turbine motor)

Here is a most amazing model working water motor with a fully functional working governor that automatically regulates the water jet that powers it's turbine. I was quite fortunate to acquire it from the collection of a man who collected steam engines and other mechanical marvels for over well over 40 years.
