Many of us speak poor English or not speak English at all FOR we have NEVER occupied by Western-Countries in the Colonial perious,eventhought we CAN'T speak good English. One bad experience with Thai Airways is just one person opinion. We do not know what kind of this person is. There are many demanding customers who think that they own the airlines when they can buy ticket to fly. The language you write..do not seem to be high education people anyway...low class
