I wish you'd taken a shot further up the tornado.. I have no idea how a tornado forms if it's not in a supercell.

It's too big to be a dust devil. It's the debris cloud of a tornado without a condensation funnel. The wind is moving much too fast for it to be a dust devil.

not a dust devil, either a week f1 or f2 or just a landspout (f0)
