Saccharinette- Baby Pink/Blue/Glitter Tutorial

A pretty loli over on LJ requested a tutorial to go with her outfit for a concert.

I think I did her a disservice with this tutorial, I might make another. It's a totally FAB outfit, it deserves something with a bit more drama!

Ingredients:
Revlon Colorstay Palette in Sterling Rose [we just used the light pink]
Maybelline Shadow Stylist in Elegant Pearl
Aromaleigh ROCKS! Eyeshadow in DestinationUnknown
Holographic glitter
Black pencil liner, liquid liner, mascara
Revlon Creme blush in First Blush
Red lipstick or lipstain

would be really pretty if there were a little dash of bright pink on the eyelid, closer to the outer corner, but i loved this look anyway :)

how did you do the brows? is it just waterproof liner?
