@OnlyJesusSaves My desire to sin wantonly? My lies, stealing, and lusting? LOL. You don't even know me so it's a stretching things a bit far to surmise that about me isn't it? It seems YOU are the one who can come to clouded conclusions. I'm open to evidence. It's no wonder the christianity is shedding followers at a fast rate. Who wants a belief system that ASSUMES you're a liar, thief and luster?

And you're teaching people HOW to evangelise? Have you thought about a career in comedy? LOL!

@OnlyJesusSaves I would like to conclude by suggesting that based on what you and I both know about the world, it is you that should look to remedy your position on belief in god.

Lots of others have done it and are liberated. It doesn't mean you're a sinner. You can be a good person despite religion and I would argue you will be a better person as you can spend your time focusing on your life. This is a more fruitful pursuit of time evangelising or waiting for the end of the world.

@OnlyJesusSaves I'm open to the existence of god if you or someone else is able to show me. I cannot falsify your god, but you need to demonstrate it. I cannot believe in something that isn't verifiable. This character trait has served me and others extremely well and kept me from danger, being scammed, and wasting my time with useless religions.

It's nothing about not wanting god to exist. Not about sinning either. It's about not accepting what cannot be proved rejecting likely lies.

@OnlyJesusSaves The default position of a human being is to not have a belief in god(s). Then you get indoctrinated. Effectively you get given information by parent/priest/teacher that god exists. They tell you this even though they cannot really believe it to be true. You believe the myth and come onto YouTube to do the same.

You must have to play some tricks with your mind to shut out the doubts that I expect arise from time to time.

@LAnonHubbard but you miss the point entirely, and the Bible says why that is, by the way.

But you continue to deny God's sovereignty over you because you love your sin. See, you WANT to keep on sinning. You don't WANT God to exist, but He does, whether you tell lies about Him or not.

You have no way out; You know what is true. God IS and He requires you to not lie, steal, lust or put anyone else above Him (among the other 6 commandments).

How you doing with that?
