    False. Blacks were safer on the streets back in the 50's than they are today. Back in those days we didn't tolerate Black crime or feral Black flash mobs. The authorities would have crushed it with a iron fist Our cities were safe and livable. Detroit was the Paris of the midwest and the richest city in the country. Oh for the good old days.
