@linnx88 Yes, agreed about not using unfiltered tap water that contains hydrofluorosilic acid (fluoride). We get enough of that stuff in our toothpastes. We use an ozonator followed up by Clayton Nolte's restructuring tube.

@baggytheo I was just going to say that, the soaked water should not been consumed as it contains phytates
Its a good idea to use it as fertilizer for your plans.

Don't a lot of anti-nutrients like phytates and enzyme inhibitors soak out into that water? I wouldn't use it for human consumption.

Thanks you make it look easy.

@BeckyInCa I strongly recommend RO (reverse osmosis) filter for most water in America. American water is heavily fluoridated in most areas and contains dozens of additional chemicals like chlorine and other crap they put in your water. I test my water with a PPM meter and you wouldn't believe the readings! After replacing your RO filters once a year, you'll see why it's worth it! It will be covered in disgusting red rusty mush, which all ends up in your body without it. Tap water is NOT good!

Awesome info! Thank you.
Do have a water filter or are you using tap water?

We use straight tap water for sprouting.
