Resetting a users Lotus Traveler Account

This video shows how to reset a users account when they are using Lotus Traveler. Before you watch this video, let me explain why you might want to do this and what to expect.

I had a call from a user who was saying that some of his Lotus Notes mail was not going through to his mobile phone, which was using Lotus Traveler. He had tried a few things to get it to work but still seemed to have an issue which outside of his control.
