Nobody is accepting this here in the netherlands, i got the chip out as soon i got my id, and yes i did had to leave my fingerprints, whitch i did not accept. But i am a welder and i work at big energy plants, there i have to identify my self whitout that you cant work there!!!!!!! You cant even get a job here with no i.d. where fucked!!!!!!!!!!

@Stalfosd It is complete BS that the Dutch are worshipping their government. We don't have the highest taxes (Norway and Sweden are higher, for example), we don't want the government to reduce our privacy etc. etc. In fact, the US government is the Nr. 1 in the world trying to take away civil liberties (fingerprint passport, verichip) and using propaganda to convince the US public RFID chips and the swine flu vaccines are safe... If Holland is hell on earth, I would want to live in hell ;)

@rc12069 Uproar in the Netherlands? Are you kidding me? This is the worst country in the existence of human kind. In fact, the Dutch love the government so much they worship it religiously (over 60% of the Dutch reject God but worship the government). They love to be babysit by Big Brother. The Dutch have lost every single war they fought. The Netherlands has (together with Denmark) the highest taxes in the world, lowest income difference, etc. It's the worst country imaginable. Hell on earth.

It's a story/conspiracy about people wanting to create a "superhuman". If this really is the case, then a database with all that information as I mentioned before could be of great value to them.

Yeah I'm Dutch and what is it for? I also wonder about that one. It sure is convenient for our "leaders" to have all this data. It will become quite easy for them to pick out wrong people (with wrong idea's). And for now, they will not change it, the Dutch people will not revolt, as most things are still too good to complain about I guess.

And for some reasons like I mentioned above, I guess that some people did not give up on the idea of "the perfect human".
