Did you run the game on 32 or 64bit Windows7? I'm asking because I have exactly the same HW configuration, Aspire TimelineX though and even with 1.73 or 1.74 CP I experience various textures floating around and covering everything so I can use pretty much nothing; the game is unplayable (even with the latest CCC and GPU driver)..

1.74 CP and latest Ati drivers should work just fine.

@haneszpipka when I recorded this, the patch for ati radeon graphics cards wasn't out yet. so when I turned the shadows on, it was looking really weird, with stripes on everything.
