Jeff Hardy's NEW Haircut + Tattoo

I recently found out that Jeff Hardy cut his hair. I've been thinking to myself for years now saying man ... what if Jeff cut his hair ... well he finally did. I'm not quite sure what to feel but hey i'm just glad Jeff's doing fine :) + I couldn't help but notice he has also gotten new Ink on his left wrist. it looks like his just about to start his left arm now.. :P
