hey how can u tell young birds if its a male or female because i just bought one and the guy that i bought it from said that it was a male but it looks like a female to me so can u plz help me

You can't really tell until they get older and start acting like a male or female or lay eggs.......

Are you crazy those birds are plenty motivated, do you think that after mating they lose the incentive to home? Wrong, the will to home is even greater when on eggs or returning to young! Yes there are plenty of tricks to racing but I don't believe in just teasing birds to home! The love of mate and home is more important IMHO!
