@JordyBT I am not sure about all of it, but the roll from a single leg seems like it would work. Well as long as the guy doesn't dig too deep into the pivot after a single leg.

I purchased Gokor Chivichyan Black Belt Grappling DVD; you will be amazed what are on those tracks. Escaping from the Arm Bar into a Kimora was amazing. It's simple and cool. If you are interested in BJJ, Judo, Sambo, Wrestling or any ground work, Gokor Chivichyan, Damien Maia (Science of Jiu-Jitsu) is an excellent guide to have on your side.
