The Last Samurai Theme - Piano Interpretation

I noticed that very few youtubers had posted their own interpretations for the Last Samurai Soundtrack.(As far as I could tell, there was only one interpretation previously posted)

This seems odd when you look at the numerous pieces uploaded for Zimmerman's other great works (e.g. Gladiator).

Hence I took it upon myself to build a tribute to this epic work of art.

I hope this inspires you other fans out there to do the same - such an epic work of art warrants far greater exposure on youtube.

Notes:
-Sorry for the bad audio, I blame Microsoft for selling cheap webcams.
-Thanks to the author of the original piano piece, your creative ideas were the perfect stepping stone for me to get started (I hope you're not too offended by my stealing your intro - I'm currently working on a new intro more faithful to the soundtrack, feel free to steal it off me once I upload)

Yes, I too have realised that my microphone gets crapped on... as soon as I have some moolah I will fork out for something better.

ihave got a midi keyboard with a sustain pedal with 2 modes.. on and off. same way you use the sustain pedal. now im no pianist... but is it possible this song would sound less muddy when theres 50% pressure on the sustain pedal? or is it just the psychoacoustic in that room?

Do not blame Microsoft, blame yourself for thinking a webcam could pick up several notes at once and sound good, when their mics are designed to only pick up one person's voice.
